Sidmouth is a charming seaside resort in the centre of the vast sweep of Lyme Bay and nestles beneath warm red sandstone cliffs.

The Kingswood & Devoran Hotel situated in the middle of the Esplanade, retains the spacious charm of the Edwardian Era whilst being fully modernised.

All bedrooms have private bathroom, TV, radio, telephone and tea facilities.

There is a lift to main floors and excellent cuisine is served in the very attractive dining room.

Accommodation is half board.

Provisional Itinerary:

Day 1: Mid-morning departure from the Midlands, arriving at the Kingswood & Devoran Hotel mid-afternoon.

Day 2: Mid-morning departure via the scenic Woodbury Common to Budleigh Salterton, we then continue to Bicton Park Botanical Gardens where you can enjoy a ride on their narrow gauge railway (admission included).

Day 3: Mid-morning departure. First we visit the town of Seaton. We then journey through the ancient port of Lyme Regis, past the Golden Cape and through the picture postcard villages of Burton Bradstock and Abbotsbury. We get stunning views of the Chesil Beach and the Isle of Portland. We then continue around the northern side of Weymouth towards the historic county town of Dorchester where we will spend the afternoon before returning to the hotel.

Day 4: At leisure in Sidmouth.

Day 5: Return to the Midlands.
