This seven day Scottish adventure shows off some of the finest views to be found anywhere in the world. Oban, our base on the Sound of Kerrera, is an excellent location from which to explore the breath taking scenery of the Western Highlands and Inner Hebrides.  We stay for 6 nights dinner, bed & breakfast at the Royal Hotel, which boasts traditional Scottish hospitality and a great location in the centre of town. All rooms are en-suite with TV, telephone and tea facilities. There is a lift to all floors.

EXCURSIONS: Mull, Iona & Staffa; Glenfinan & Fort William; Ben Cruachan & Glen Coe.

Provisional Itinerary:

Day 1: Early morning departure from the Midlands, arriving in Oban early evening.

Day 2: A leisurely excursion to Fort William, followed by time at the picturesque hamlet of Glenfinnan, made famous by Bonnie Prince Charlie and Harry Potter!

Day 3: Full day excursion. We take a ferry over to the Isle of Mull where we explore the southern side of the island. We then take a boat cruise around the iconic Isle of Staffa - the inspiration for Felix Mendelssohn's "Fingal's Cave". We then spend time on Iona before returning to Mull and our ferry back to Oban.

Day 4: Morning excursion, visiting the hyrdo-electric power station inside the mountain: Ben Cruachan. Returning via Glen Coe. Returning to hotel early afternoon.

Day 5: At leisure in Oban.

Day 6: Afternoon excursion to the Isle of Seil via the Bridge over the Atlantic.

Day 7: Early morning departure for our return journey to the Midlands.
