DUNKIRK 81

5 days £390
Sun 9th - Thu 13th May 2021

May 2020 marks the 80th anniversary of the beginning of Operation Dynamo - the evacuation of British and allied soldiers from Dunkirk. Ostend, our base for the 5 days has a mixture of traditional Belgian and modern architecture. Its focal point is its marina which attracts luxurious yachts of all sizes. Bruges and Ghent are only a short train ride away. We stay at the  Glenmore Hotel for four nights bed and breakfast, only 100 metres from the main shopping district and  2 minutes walk from the marina. All rooms are en-suite with TV, mini-bar and telephone.

Provisional Itinerary:

Day 1: Early morning departure, crossing the English Channel via EuroTunnel. We should arrive in Ostend late afternoon.
