The Netherlands in springtime is an experience to treasure. Vast colourful landscapes of bulbfields interspersed by windmills that are so symbolic of Dutch culture. The city of Amsterdam is globally-renowned for its architecture, art, and charming canals. For lovers of culture, this is an absolute must. Three nights half-board accommodation is provided at the Van Der Valk De Bilt, near Utrecht. The hotel is a modern 4* Hotel in a countryside setting. Facilities include a relaxing terrace garden and an indoor swimming pool. Rooms are ensuite with television, free WiFi, hairdryer, and tea/coffee making facilities. Outward journey will be via overnight ferry from Harwich-Hook-of-Holland and breakfast will be included on the ship. The homeward journey will be via an afternoon crossing, returning to the Midlands late evening.
