CUSTOMER INFORMATION: BEALES CORNER FLOOD DEFENCES

There will be several instances of road closures and long-term works in Bewdley during the next 2 years as permanent flood defences will be installed on the Wribbenhall embankment at Beales Corner. This may mean that certain pickup points will not be available at certain times, and we will need to alter the pickup routes and times, sometimes at short notice.

For instance, we cannot pickup at Bewdley Leisure Centre for day tours for the duration of the works, as Stourport Road is closed to through traffic.

All affected customers will be informed of their new times and/or offered a different pickup point when necessary.

We thank our customers for their patience and support whilst we operate 'flexible logistics' during this time.
