Eastbourne has a reputation for being the ‘Sun Trap of the South’. There are excellent shops, gracious buildings, beautiful parks, tree lined avenues and splendid promenade walks.  It is only a short drive to the rolling South Downs, the soaring cliffs of Beachy Head and a wealth of lovely villages. Half board accommodation is provided at the tranquil Hydro Hotel, situated in its private gardens with fine coastal views. The town centre is a pleasant walk, or short bus ride away. It offers well-appointed rooms that are en-suite with flat-screen TV and tea making facilities.  The elegant restaurant offers traditional English food. There is a lift and regular entertainment.
