From ancient universities and cathedrals to Victorian rail bridges. And the cobbled fishing villages of Fife to the modern splendour of the Victoria & Albert Museum. This 7 day tour has a wide variety of iconic Scottish sights to offer everyone. Dundee, our base, sits on the north side of the Tay estuary. It provides plenty to interest visitors, including the Victoria & Albert Museum, HMS Discovery, the far-reaching views of Dundee Law and much more. Half-board accommodation is provided at the Best Western Queens Hotel, located a short walk from the city's amenities. There is a lift to all floors and all rooms are en-suite and feature hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, television and free WiFi.

Provisional Itinerary:

Day 1: Early morning departure form the West Midlands. We make two stops on the journey one mid-morning and one for lunchtime before arriving at our hotel mid-afternoon.

Day 2: A late morning departure, heading to the famous university city of St Andrews.

Day 3: We head north along the Angus Coast, visiting the towns of Arbroath, Montrose and Stonehaven.

Day 4: A full day excursion to the Fife, visiting Falkland and then heading to the coast and to visit the traditional fishing villages of Crail and Anstruther.

Day 5: Full day excursion. First we visit the colourful village of Culross before heading into the historic City of Dunfermline. We then continue across the Firth of Forth to South Queensferry to admire the fabulous bridges where there will be an opportunity for a boat cruise.

Day 6: At leisure in Dundee. An opportunity to visit the Victoria & Albert Museum and the HMS Discovery.

Day 7: We return to the West Midlands after a leisurely breakfast.
