Normandy offers something for everyone. From medieval architecture in the centre of Caen and Bayeux to the vast expanse of its beaches. From the origins of the last invasion of England in 1066, to the heroism of allied forces in the Second World War. And of course, the colourful and captivating solace of Monet's Garden. We will stay for five nights, half board accommodation at the modern Novotel Caen Cote de Nacre which is a short tram ride from the historic city centre. It offers a quiet and comfortable base from which to explore this famous part of France. Daytime crossing via Portsmouth-Caen.
